Ken is a qualified and passionate Senior Project Manager with demonstrated expertise in providing high level customer service to a diverse range of clients. Well equipped with Domestic Claims Handling experience, Disputes Resolution skills and Insurance Adjusting/Risk Assessment knowledge. Ken understands not only insurance processes, he values what matters the most which is the customer  and client.

Key Offering:

Ken has extensive experience in dealing with major flood sites, large scale mould contamination, complex fire restoration and sewage contamination of multi-level properties. Ken also has experience working as a Loss Adjuster and Assessor.

Field Technician Manager

TJ has been in the cleaning industry for the past 10 years, having been on the field hands on, he gained experience and various skills and techniques. During his time on the field he gained the ability to manage claims accordingly to suit the different needs of customers and make efficient use of labour and resources. TJ has experience with numerous remediation techniques such as Ice Blasting, Soda Blasting, Ozone, and Hydroxyl odour treatment

Key Offering:

TJ has experience in dealing with small to large flood sites, mould contamination, fire restoration, sewage contamination and complex structural drying. TJ always approaches any situations with a can-do attitude and try to contaminate his surrounding with his positiveness.

Sam has an extensive background among the insurance industry working within Sun Alliance, Crawford and Company and AIG. Boasting on over 17 years of experience spanning across Home Owners Warranties, Builders Reports, Desktop Assessments, Travel Insurance, Injury Claims, and Large Loss Mould Damage, Water  Damage and Fire Damage Projects.

Key Offering:

Sam is a highly qualified team member with a strong focus on customer satisfaction ensuring our clients claim experience is as smooth can be, treating each customer and situation with empathy and undertstanding.

Our factory situated in Rowville Victoria, is fully equipped to manage everything from large contents pack outs and electronic inventory listing, laundry service and complex electronics restorations to long-term storage. We have the ability to respond to all parts of the state and offer a 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year service! We never close!

Working with many and varied customers has given us a flexibility and responsive approach to each property we attend. We have worked on projects that include; residential and commercial property, sporting, government, health, retail, education, hotels, clubs and tourist venues.

Our team of 50 Industry Certified Personnel cover the entire state. We continue to play a vital role in major disaster recovery events and over the years have worked tirelessly on many of the Melbourne floods and storms.

We are constantly improving and refining the service we offer by our training staff, investing in the latest technologies and equipment to exceed the expectations of our customers.
