Water Damage

We write with gratitude and respect for the outstanding service that we have recently received from Amtec (the restoration firm appointed by our insurers, ****) whose personnel dealt with and made good the results of the inundation of our apartment on ** October. Instead of giving up on the 3x4 metre Indian rug and the industrial vinyl floor (covering much of the apartment), Amtec staff removed, dried, cleaned and saved them – this, of course, at a considerable saving to the insurers, and from our point of view a great relief. Everyone from Amtec provided excellent service, but it is not invidious to single out Ven, Andy, the older and the younger Ben for special mention. We have already commended Amtec to our insurer and – by word of mouth – will continue to do so whenever appropriate.  We are in the firm’s debt, not only for the restoration that its staff completed, but for the way in which they lifted our spirits during a difficult fortnight.

Carpet

Andrew and Brendan help me with water coming into my lounge after a storm last week. My lounge carpet and chairs got wet. They understand to help me fix the carpet with steam cleaning and dry.  thank-you to Amtec

Mould

Thank-you to all the friendly people at Amtec. Thanks for getting rid of mould in my daughter's room and our bathroom and fixing the neighbours leak and removing the mould means our flat is now clean, finally.
